The SE MN Prairie Partners Chapter is based in Northfield, MN and serves the communities in southeast Minnesota. Our chapter was founded in 2011 with the mission of preserving, maintaining, and providing knowledge of native plant communities in a way that fosters fellowship and inspires action.
Our community of native plant enthusiasts – novice to expert – is making a difference by establishing and preserving communities of native plants in our home landscapes, our schools, businesses, and communities.
